The exhibition of Yuri may seem many-sided. He has a lot of artistic revelations behind himself which he did having made his way with non-conformist exhibitions ("kvartirnaya vystavka"-out of the museum space exhibitions) and exhibition at Nevsky Dom Kultury.
As a result Yuri decided to perform and audience 3 part exhibition:
"Svarga" (from slavyanic tradition)
"Strannosti" (Stranstviya)
"STILLEBEN" (peaceful life)
All the pictures presented on the exhibition are the reflections of the author's emotions, compositions and life moments. Colorist vibrations convey nostalgic mood of the artist and his gone reality.
Yuri expresses his idea:
"In the Svarga project I would like to show a custom through portraying rituals and landscapes. Ancient cosmic custom defines in nature and human character.In The Strannosti Project I expressed the same custom, but in cultures of different people. In STILLEBEN I present peaceful objects like fruits and autumn flowers, and pacific moment of the epoch"
Author's landscapes are different from anybody else: it combines Wagner's solemnity, his estimation for nature.
It's blue-brown colors remind of the momentary and eternity in the life. In genge works Yuri convey his feeling about unacceptable
and non understandable modern life. He portrays with a great grief a human of today world of speed, technology and loneliness.
Grotesque lyrics illustrate excessiveness of the life events. All this make public think about the place of theatricality in our lives.
The manner of "insensation" ("vchustvovanie") is typical for all his works. It proves the soul subtlety and elegance of mythcreativity.
