Members of the art group chose for the subject of their art landscapes, images and myths of the old SPb and old world cities like Florence, Paris. The artists are interested in unusual spirit features of the cities, in it's unofficial and no tourist places, which in many ways define its cultural and mental aspects of people living there
The artists of the group work under the same themes but creates in different genres, techniques and styles. They see the city as an live organism, which feels, hears, speaks and contacts with surroundings. The city is responding to the glances of the artist, to his hand creating art and giving him a new birth is changing and renewing and revealing. The landscape of the city becomes it's portrait. "Stary Gorod" will be very happy to see you watching his beautiful Portrait.
The Art-Group will celebrate their 25th Birthday.
