Studied in SPb at the Academy of Arts and LISI Institute on the architecture faculty. The etching technique was studied t the German Pakharevsky Studio. He uses several techniques including aquatint in his etching works. Stas' masterpieces are inspired by the bible themes and classics. Stas resorts in his paintings the technique of the "oil in canvas" and methods of the Italian Renaissance masters and some Russian artists of the 19th century. His work differ from other by its combination of realistic and abstract details which unite the complete composition in the art work. Shortly, the artist has his own opinion upon this World.
